The Digital Legal Lab proudly presents the outcomes of the "Data, Personalization, and the Law 2023" winter school— an e-booklet and research agenda now available on our website. Held from December 4 to 8, 2023, at the Lorentz Center in Leiden, Netherlands, this event delved into digital technology policy, regulation, and the emerging Digital Legal Studies field. Participants engaged with a variety of topics, from regulatory paradigms and data justice to the impacts of digitalization on legal frameworks and fundamental rights. The winter school, supported by the Digital Legal Lab and the Lorentz Center, facilitated valuable discussions that have now been encapsulated in these accessible resources, contributing to the ongoing dialogue in the digital legal domain.
